JOB SUMMARY

As an Operational Technology Coordinator at Groupe Leclerc, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless delivery of OT projects, swift resolution of IT requests and incidents, and exceptional customer service. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining a dynamic that favors the delivery of OT projects and the resolution of IT requests and incidents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate OT activities: You will be responsible for coordinating activities related to Operational Technology, ensuring that our OT projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Understand production operations: To respond appropriately to internal customer requests, you will need to understand the context of our production operations.
  • Promote rapid resolution and prioritization: You will be responsible for promoting rapid resolution of tickets within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and judicious prioritization of tickets being processed.
  • Ensure follow-up on ticket resolution: To ensure that tickets are resolved efficiently, you will be responsible for ensuring adequate follow-up on ticket resolution.
  • Propose long-term solutions: You will be responsible for proposing long-term solutions to recurring tickets, ensuring that our systems are always running smoothly.
  • Establish priorities and collaborate with INFRA technicians: To ensure that our systems are always running smoothly, you will be responsible for establishing priorities and collaborating with INFRA technicians to resolve tickets.
  • Coordinate follow-up with external suppliers: You will be responsible for coordinating follow-up of requests and incidents with external suppliers, ensuring that our systems are always running smoothly.
  • Participate in internal and customer projects: You will be responsible for actively participating in internal and customer projects, ensuring that our systems are always running smoothly.
  • Improve internal processes: You will be responsible for participating in improving internal processes and implementing required changes, ensuring that our systems are always running smoothly.
  • Provide team performance indicators: You will be responsible for providing team performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring that our systems are always running smoothly.
  • Participate in technological alignments: You will be responsible for participating in the recommendation and selection of technological alignments for operational activities, ensuring that our systems are always running smoothly.
  • Maintain strategic watch on IoT tools and practices: You will be responsible for maintaining a strategic watch on best IoT tools and practices, ensuring that our systems are always running smoothly.
  • Manage IoT network, servers, and data: You will be responsible for managing the performance, capacity, availability, and security of our IoT network, servers, and data, ensuring that our systems are always running smoothly.
  • Act on alerts from automated monitoring tools: You will be responsible for acting proactively on alerts from automated monitoring tools, ensuring that our systems are always running smoothly.
  • Develop and implement maintenance and improvement projects: You will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance and improvement projects for IoT infrastructure, ensuring that our systems are always running smoothly.
  • Maintain documentation: You will be responsible for writing and maintaining complete documentation in our internal library, ensuring that our systems are always running smoothly.
  • Validate processes and remedy problems: You will be responsible for validating existing daily processes and remedying recurring problems, ensuring that our systems are always running smoothly.
  • Provide level 3 support: You will be responsible for providing level 3 support to operational and infrastructure teams, ensuring that our systems are always running smoothly.
KEY SKILLS AND APTITUDES
  • Completion of an ACS in computer science: You must have a degree in computer science, specializing in networking.
  • 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment: You must have at least 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Decentralized environment experience: You must have experience working in a decentralized environment (multiple sites).
  • Work ticket tracking system experience: You must have experience working with a work ticket tracking system.
  • Willingness to travel and be on-call: You must be willing to travel on an ad hoc basis and be on-call, in shifts, 24/7.
  • Customer service and teamwork skills: You must demonstrate an interest in customer service and teamwork.
  • Problem-solving skills: You must be able to solve problems quickly.
  • IT/OT improvement skills: You must be willing and dynamic to get actively involved in IT/OT improvement.
  • Learning skills: You must have good learning skills.
  • Manufacturing environment experience: You must have demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in OT.
  • Network environment knowledge: You must have knowledge of network environments (Rockwell, Allen-Bradley, Cisco, Fortinet).
