**Job Summary**
Southbridge Care Homes is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Conduct thorough assessments and monitor resident health status, making recommendations for care and treatment as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
**Requirements**
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Experience in long-term care or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
