Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Southbridge Care Homes. As a key member of our nursing department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest level of care is being provided.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing department in the absence of the Director of Care.
- Current certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Registered/eligible for registration with the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario.
- Previous experience in long-term care an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be Bilingual - English and French.
