About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Acosta. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and potential candidates to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide market insights and analysis to inform recruitment decisions and optimize our talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal communication).
  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience (preferred).
  • Retail sales, call center, customer service, or outside sales experience desired.
  • Event or promotion experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic, and energetic personality.
  • Highly articulate, accurate, and attentive to detail.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Proficient with Internet search engines and social networking.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet definite deadlines.
