About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Produit Folie Canada Inc. as a Recruitment Business Partner. As a Global Talent Champion, you will be responsible for leading our global recruitment efforts and building a high-performing team of talent acquisition professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent in the gaming and technology industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across the organization to understand their talent needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, attraction, engagement, screening, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Lead the development of recruitment marketing campaigns and strategies to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment processes and procedures that align with our company's values and goals.
  • Provide recruitment metrics and analytics to inform business decisions and optimize recruitment strategies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the gaming or technology industry.
  • Fluency in written and spoken French.
  • Proven track record of success in building and managing high-performing recruitment teams.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
