Project Manager - Materials Technology

GHD is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Materials Technology team in Mississauga, ON. As a key member of our Ontario Operations, you will be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
  • Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Conduct site investigations, field assessments, and engineering analysis to inform project decisions.
  • Prepare and review technical proposals, reports, and other project documentation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects, ensuring seamless integration of geotechnical, construction materials, and environmental engineering services.
  • Provide expert advice on materials testing, geotechnical construction materials, and troubleshooting geotechnical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with specifications, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation.
  • Minimum 15+ years' experience in Materials Technology engineering.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
