Service Operations Manager

Airstream Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. is seeking a dedicated Professional Services Manager to oversee our service operations. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service while managing various administrative and operational tasks.

- Experience: 3 to 5 years in a relevant field
The position will involve working in diverse settings including warehouses, construction sites, and office environments.
Core Duties- Analyze administrative challenges to support staff effectively.
- Assign and coordinate various programs and projects.
- Plan and organize operations for service-oriented establishments.
- Provide expert advice tailored to client needs.
- Review and assess ongoing projects and programs.
- Resolve technical issues following established protocols.
- Recruit, train, and motivate team members.
- Manage and oversee budgets and expenditures.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure operational safety standards are met.
- Handle documentation for licenses and permits.
- Conduct financial calculations related to budgeting and costing.
- Coordinate billing processes for services rendered.
Familiarity with Jonas Software is preferred, along with experience in business administration and management.
