Job Summary

Aurora Cannabis is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our production team in Bradford, ON. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring high-quality products, and adhering to strict quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  • Monitor and control the quality of products, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
