About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Designer to join our team at Groupe Marchand Architecture & Design Inc. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces that meet the needs and expectations of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Development: Prepare detailed specifications and develop plans, elevations, cross sections, and detailed drawings to bring our clients' vision to life.
  • Client Consultation: Consult with clients to determine their needs, preferences, safety requirements, and purpose of space, ensuring that our designs meet their expectations.
  • Material Selection: Advise clients on the selection of colours, finishes, materials, lighting, furniture, and other items, taking into account ergonomic and occupational health standards.
  • Project Management: Work in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with other professionals to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software, with a strong understanding of design principles and practices.
