About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Designer to join our team at Groupe Marchand Architecture & Design Inc. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed specifications, collaborating with clients and colleagues, and designing interior spaces that meet clients' needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Planning: Create detailed specifications, analyze blueprint, schemas and drawings, and produce plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.
  • Client Collaboration: Meet with clients to determine requirements, safety standards, and space functionality, and provide guidance on selection of colors, finishes, materials, lighting, and furniture.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software.
  • Communication: Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
