Are you a motivated sales professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a proactive Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Barrie District. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting new business, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining an existing book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new business opportunities within the Barrie region.
  • Enter intelligence gathered into our ARES system for future follow-up.
  • Utilize a consultative selling approach to match new and existing prospect's needs to Waste Connections services.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of solid business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
  • Experience with contract selling will be an asset.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Knowledge of ARES, Salesforce, or comparable CRM tool is a plus.
