Kitchen Manager Job Description

Brews Brothers Bistro LTD. is seeking a skilled Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant kitchen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient kitchen procedures to meet production schedules
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Ensure that all food and beverages meet our quality control standards
  • Manage inventory and supplies, estimating requirements for meal preparation
  • Prepare and submit reports on kitchen performance and sales
  • Supervise the assembly and delivery of food trays and trolleys
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
