Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Brews Brothers Bistro LTD. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and dishwashers.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs.
- Food Quality and Safety
- Ensure that all food prepared and served meets our high standards of quality and safety.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food is prepared and presented to our customers' satisfaction.
- Inventory and Budgeting
- Manage inventory levels and ordering of ingredients and supplies.
- Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, sales, and expenses.
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
