Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and dishwashers.

    • Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that all food prepared and served meets our high standards of quality and safety.
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food is prepared and presented to our customers' satisfaction.
  • Inventory and Budgeting
    • Manage inventory levels and ordering of ingredients and supplies.
    • Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, sales, and expenses.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
