Job Summary

Lay Home Remodeling Inc is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit production reports to management
  • Supervise a team of construction workers and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Coordinate and schedule construction activities to meet project deadlines
  • Train and develop construction staff to improve skills and productivity
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Review blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Working Conditions

The Construction Site Supervisor will work on construction sites, often in outdoor environments. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and be physically fit.
