We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Bang'in Burger & Wings. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets our high standards of quality and taste.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement new menu items, specials, and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train a team of cooks, kitchen staff, and other culinary personnel to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Food Safety and Quality Control: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and equipment as needed to ensure that the kitchen is always stocked and ready to go.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including front-of-house staff, to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent culinary skills, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
