About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Bang'in Burger & Wings. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets our high standards of quality and taste.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement new menu items, specials, and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train a team of cooks, kitchen staff, and other culinary personnel to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering, storage, and inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Ensure that all food preparation and handling procedures meet or exceed health and safety standards, and that all menu items are prepared to order and presented to our high standards.
  • Cost Control and Budgeting: Manage kitchen expenses, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to meet or exceed budget targets.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all menu items are prepared to order, and that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong culinary skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
