About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Mechanic to join our team as a Vehicle Maintenance Specialist. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our fleet of school buses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including preventive maintenance (PMs), safety inspections, and annual MTO maintenance inspections.
  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle and equipment issues, including brakes, suspensions, drivetrains, and transmissions.
  • Ensure accurate completion of work orders and maintain a high level of quality in all work performed.
  • Assist with mobile emergency services and provide support to other maintenance team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Holds an S and/or T license.
  • Possesses a mechanics tool set.
  • Willingness to participate in ASE certification program, with training, testing, and bonuses provided.
