Your Daily Responsibilities as an Automotive Service Supervisor:

  • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle issues, ask relevant questions, and document details accurately in our system
  • Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance, collaborating with customers to create the best plan that fits their budget and needs
  • Generate work orders and communicate updates to customers through our technician team
  • Assist technicians with parts ordering, pricing, and obtaining necessary approvals
  • Process customer payments and clarify billing information
  • Oversee the overall operations of the shop

Compensation: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Experience Requirements:

  • Preferred: 2 years as a service advisor

Essential Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license is required
  • Previous experience as a licensed mechanic is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years in an advisory role within the automotive industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent is necessary
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for teamwork
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and a collaborative spirit
  • Willingness to learn and enhance your skill set
  • Basic computer proficiency with a keen attention to detail
