Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Client Service Representative to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences through timely and efficient resolutions to client inquiries, both in English and French.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve client telephone, email, and online chat inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Facilitate online registration, password resets, and account deactivation while adhering to strict security protocols and client confidentiality
  • Collaborate with peers to build trusted relationships and deliver a superior client experience
  • Identify and troubleshoot web issues requiring advanced technical support
  • Contribute to the overall success of the Client Services team through goal achievement, policy compliance, and service level agreement adherence
Requirements
  • Bilingual (French/English) proficiency is required
  • Front-line experience in a contact center environment, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) completion is considered an asset
  • Sales experience in the financial services industry
