Khibraty is looking for a skilled and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and enhance our manufacturing activities. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in production methodologies, leadership, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management:

Oversee daily manufacturing functions, ensuring that production goals are achieved effectively and safely.
Manage all facets of the production cycle, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products.
Establish and uphold best practices in production, safety, and environmental stewardship.

  • Process Improvement:

Identify and implement enhancements to boost productivity, lower expenses, and improve yield.
Apply lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement strategies to streamline operations.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and take necessary actions to rectify any discrepancies.

  • Quality Control:

Ensure that all products meet or surpass customer expectations and quality benchmarks.
Develop and maintain stringent quality assurance processes and protocols.
Promptly address and resolve any quality-related concerns.

  • Team Leadership:

Guide and manage a team of supervisors, technicians, and production staff, promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
Recruit, train, and nurture talent to create a high-performing operations team.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

  • Safety and Regulatory Compliance:

Foster a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Perform regular safety audits and training sessions to mitigate risks and ensure a secure working environment.
Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory mandates.

  • Resource Allocation:

Effectively manage resources, including raw materials, equipment, and workforce, to maximize production efficiency.
Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to guarantee timely access to materials and supplies.
Develop and oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to monitor operational performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.
  • Proven track record of implementing process enhancements and optimizing production operations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing software and ERP systems is advantageous.
