Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, and address customer complaints or concerns.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- Establish work schedules and supervise a team of 3-4 people.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Permanent employment with 30 to 44 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and be physically demanding, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
