Job Description

Job Summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of product marketing strategies for our global product portfolio. This role will be responsible for creating and implementing product marketing plans, positioning, messaging, launch, and user acquisition strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the product marketing team and manage direct reports to ensure successful execution of product marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target customers, key industries, and buyer personas to inform product marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication of product marketing strategies.
  • Design and execute product marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales.
  • Develop and maintain product marketing materials, including product briefs, sales sheets, and product demos.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of product marketing strategies and campaigns to inform future improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of product marketing experience or 10+ years of product marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate product marketing strategies to cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to build partnerships and establish and maintain relationships with internal and external clients and vendors.

Travel Requirements

10-25% travel required for this role.
