About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager, Senior Product Marketing to join our team at Aritzia. As a key member of our Product Marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in driving demand and maximizing global recognition of our product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure alignment between product and marketing business strategies.
  • Develop and manage product marketing programs to drive sales and boost brand awareness.
  • Provide business direction on product marketing initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor, analyze, and communicate product marketing performance to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to update marketing priorities and plans based on in-season performance, business changes, and opportunistic in-market trends.

Requirements

  • Proven skills, certifications, education, and/or experience in Product or Marketing.
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
