ROLE OVERVIEW

Procurify is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to spearhead and execute our product marketing initiatives.

You are analytical, strategic, and results-oriented. You recognize the critical nature of achieving a robust product-market alignment and are adept at creating value through solutions that address genuine customer challenges. Your ability to lead, influence, and advocate for your extensive product knowledge will empower the organization, our clients, and the marketplace to effectively manage business expenditures on a larger scale.

The ideal candidate will be driven by customer insights and market trends, possessing a track record of establishing a high-impact product marketing function that aligns seamlessly with our overarching go-to-market approach. Your responsibilities will include crafting strategies and playbooks for product launches, positioning, market intelligence, pricing strategies, sales enablement, and more. Success in this role hinges on delivering the right product messaging to the appropriate audience at the optimal time, transforming our product marketing efforts into a high-performing, revenue-generating function.

Key Responsibilities

Formulate and implement a comprehensive product marketing strategy that impacts key buyer and customer metrics, focusing on acquisition, adoption, and retention. Educate and empower organizations, partners, customers, and markets regarding platform functionalities, solution differentiation, technological synergies, and customer case studies. Develop and oversee cross-functional product marketing playbooks that encompass existing features, new feature introductions, market and vendor insights, product innovations, and emerging market opportunities. Collaborate closely with senior sales leadership to create sales enablement materials that support customer acquisition, expansion, and retention. Utilize business analytics and key performance indicators to make informed decisions regarding current and future product strategies, assess funnel effectiveness, and continuously enhance how our product influences conversions at all stages of the sales funnel. Foster trust, awareness, and loyalty in the Procurify brand by gaining a deep understanding of market dynamics, buyer personas, and customer needs. Work alongside marketing leaders and cross-functional teams, including sales, partnerships, customer success, product development, and engineering, to cultivate a cohesive and inclusive product marketing function. Provide informal mentorship to the marketing team and serve as a subject matter expert across the organization in leveraging market intelligence.

Ideal Candidate Profile

5+ years of experience in high-growth marketing, ideally within SaaS or B2B environments. Strong leadership in product marketing management, functional expertise, and execution of marketing playbooks. Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. In-depth understanding of customer-centric and market-focused messaging and positioning. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that are clear, concise, and effective. Positive, open-minded individual with excellent leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities. Team-oriented while also capable of working independently to achieve organizational goals. Strong project management capabilities with a focus on high-impact, high-value initiatives.
