We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Benefits Program Manager to oversee all aspects of our employee benefits programs. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Human Resources.
Job Summary:The Benefits Program Manager is responsible for the administration, management, and design of all employee benefit programs offered by Tony's Fresh Market. This includes retirement plans, medical, dental, vision, supplemental insurance, and healthcare savings accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of benefits laws and regulations, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our employees.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Manage and administer all employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Oversee the annual benefits open enrollment process, including preparation of materials and communication to employees.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on changes in benefits legislation and industry best practices.
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding benefit programs, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Lead audits of payroll deductions for health insurance premiums and other benefit-related expenses.
- Manage relationships with benefit vendors and service providers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee benefits programs and enhance the overall employee experience.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience managing employee benefit programs is required. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
