MCJFC FOOD ENTERPRISES LTD. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food services department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

* Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery
* Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure quality control standards are met
* Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
* Prepare and submit reports to management

Requirements:

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Permanent employment
* English language proficiency
* 35 hours per week
