This includes training staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays, and address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Ensure that all staff are aware of the establishment's culinary genres and maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 35 hours per week
