Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at MCJFC FOOD ENTERPRISES LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food services department, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Train and supervise staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring quality control standards are met.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the establishment's culinary genres and menu offerings.
  • Supervise and inspect the assembly of trays to ensure presentation and quality standards are met.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a 35-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
