Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Retail Operations in the Atlantic Region. As the Director of Retail Operations, you will be responsible for efficiently managing our retail corporate service centers, franchise network, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Regional Managers and Service Center Managers to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement regional action plans to improve profitability and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders to identify and address regional market trends.
  • Manage corporate retail operational sites and oversee franchisee adherence to company strategies and business initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employees, franchisees, and internal partners to drive business results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration or MBA.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience managing multiple units in the retail industry.
  • Experience in managing and supporting a franchise network.
  • Strong business acumen, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel across the Atlantic provinces and to Montreal (4-6 times per year).
