Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Regional Managers and Service Center Managers to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability, operational performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Wholesale and Distribution, Sales and Marketing, and Operational Performance teams.
  • Collaborate with the ATL Regional Partnership Committee to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration or MBA.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a franchise environment.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly across the Atlantic provinces.
