We are seeking a talented E-Commerce Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to the design and implementation of cutting-edge e-commerce solutions.

About You

As an E-Commerce Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in generating new sales opportunities and qualifying leads for our sales funnel. Your responsibilities will include both outbound and inbound prospecting, utilizing phone, email, and LinkedIn to connect with potential clients. You will be the primary point of contact for merchants during the qualification process, ensuring a positive first impression and delivering an exceptional consulting experience.

What You'll Do

  • Drive new business growth by qualifying warm inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns primarily via telephone and email communication.
  • Take ownership of a defined territory, leading all strategic outbound prospecting efforts for new customers within that region.
  • Track prospects throughout the sales cycle, leveraging data to identify the most effective approach for each lead.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership to continuously optimize sales strategies and processes.
  • Become a Tidal + Shopify expert, possessing in-depth knowledge of our consulting services and offerings.
  • Consistently exceed your set quota. Once you demonstrate consistent success, you will have the opportunity to lead the entire sales process from initial contact to closing for mid-market customers.
