About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Web Developer to join our team at Monet Marketing. As an E-commerce Web Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our company's e-business website.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to develop and document website requirements, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Develop website architecture that is scalable, secure, and user-friendly, using a variety of programming languages and technologies.
  • Write, modify, integrate, and test software code for e-commerce and other Internet applications, ensuring that it is bug-free and meets the required standards.
  • Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required, ensuring that they continue to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Prepare mock-ups and storyboards to visualize the website's layout and design, ensuring that it meets the client's requirements.
  • Communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions to clients and team members, ensuring that everyone is on the same page.
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software, ensuring that it is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, ensuring that we understand their needs and can meet them.
  • Create and optimize content for the website using a variety of graphics, database, animation, and other software, ensuring that it is engaging and effective.
  • Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications, ensuring that the website meets the required standards.
  • Lead and co-ordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity, ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls, ensuring that the website is secure and meets the required standards.
  • Write, modify, integrate, and test software code for e-commerce and other Internet applications, ensuring that it is bug-free and meets the required standards.
  • Manage incidents, ensuring that they are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure that they are satisfied with our services.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, Java, JSP, Web service design, Python, MS SQL Server, and WordPress.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and Internet applications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
