Role OverviewWe are seeking a versatile and experienced E-Commerce and Technology Consultant who will play multiple roles within our team, including project management. This role requires a professional who is adept at managing complex client engagements, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and developing and implementing tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement
- Act as a liaison between multiple clients and internal teams to ensure clarity of requirements and delivery of services.
- Manage communications with stakeholders across various client organizations, adapting strategies and solutions to meet diverse client needs.
- Project Management
- Manage and lead tech initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Employ agile project management methodologies to adapt to changing project requirements and client needs.
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis
- Collect, analyze, and document business requirements from multiple clients to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their business needs and challenges.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders from various client organizations to capture detailed requirements.
- Solution Design and Implementation
- Develop tailored solutions that address the specific needs of each client, ensuring compatibility with overall project objectives across different client engagements.
- Coordinate with technical teams to translate client requirements into functional designs and monitor the implementation process.
- Quality Assurance and Reporting
- Oversee the testing and validation of solutions delivered to clients, ensuring they meet agreed-upon standards and client expectations.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on the progress and outcomes of projects to multiple clients and senior management.
- Sales and Proposal Activities
- Participate actively in sales and proposal activities, assembling proposal documents and collecting all relevant information to support business development efforts.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and help craft persuasive proposals that align with client needs and business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, technology consulting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly with tech initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Agile certification or experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint and Excel is a must, and experience with tools such as Miro and Jira is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and project requirements.
- Strong commitment to client satisfaction and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently when needed.
- Willingness to take on multiple roles within the team to ensure project success.
