In your role as a Retail Sales Supervisor, you will report directly to the Store Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the shopping experience for our customers, fostering positive interactions that lead to lasting relationships.

Your contributions will be vital to the daily operations of the store, focusing on:

  • Optimizing inventory management
  • Boosting sales performance
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining brand standards and visual merchandising

Additionally, you will assist in managing inventory through various processes, including shipment handling, sales floor restocking, and e-commerce order fulfillment. Your role is crucial to the overall success of the store.

Qualifications:
