- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, networking with industry contacts to gather competitive insights and best practices.
- Support the execution of strategic initiatives, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive business results.
- Typically between 5-7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Appropriate HR designation (i.e. CHRP, ADR) preferred.

BMO offers a competitive salary range of $68,000 to $126,000 per year, depending on location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role. Our total compensation package includes performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, and other perks and rewards. We also offer health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
