Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to assigned patients, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential health risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including referrals to specialists and other healthcare services.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant.
- Current CPR Level C.
- Ability to physically perform the duties of the job, and has the ability to organize the work.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
- Ability to operate related equipment.
