Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Expert to join our team at The Portfolio Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for delivering expert HR advice to our clients, primarily through telephone calls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, strategically driven HR advice to clients, taking into account their internal terms and conditions.
  • Actively own cases to resolution, building strong relationships with clients through effective communication and rapport-building.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR and employment legislation, participating in ongoing training to ensure expertise.
  • Accurately log all advice and interactions on Salesforce and other systems.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
