Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality advice and solutions to clients on HR-related matters, predominantly through telephone calls.
  • Receive and respond to client inquiries, providing supporting information and documentation as needed.
  • Actively own cases to resolution, building rapport and working relationships with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR and employment legislation, ensuring that your knowledge is current and accurate.
  • Meet clear and measurable KPIs and work within set SLAs to provide first-call resolution.
  • Log all advice accurately onto Salesforce and other systems.
Requirements
  • CHRP/CPHR designation is mandatory.
  • 5+ years of experience in an advising role.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
  • Previous experience in a KPI/target-driven environment is highly desirable.
