Our client is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to support them in their growth. They are building an online consultation platfom that allows users to seek guidance about life decisions and issues from experts. This position is in Vancouver. This role requires bilingual spoken and written abilities in English and Mandarin.
You Will:
- Be responsible for full cycle recruitment and onboarding
- Grow the company's talent pipeline
- Support in collecting data on recruitment pipeline
- Manage payroll and maintain employee data
- Answer questions related to employment laws and regulations
- Communicate and respond to employee issues and concerns
- Manage interpersonal conflicts and difficult situations with confidence and discretion
You Have:
- 2 years of experience in human resources
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Strong communication skills
- Up to date knowledge of employment standards and labour laws
- Strong abilities in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary: 50-60k
