Operations Shift Supervisor

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Shift Supervisor to join our team at Tenaris in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage shift operations in a production facility
- Direct and supervise employees
- Monitor productivity, downtime, delays, and quality KPIs
- Perform quality and safety inspections
- Interface with maintenance and other departments
- Investigate accidents and incidents
- Manage safety and quality actions
- Report on daily productivity and delays
- Analyze and provide solutions for critical failures
Requirements:
- 10+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment
- Mechanical design and drafting skills, CAD an asset
- Ability to perform failure analysis and provide solution-based ideas
- Ability to manage and rotate in shift work
- Good knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Previous experience in the Oil and Gas industry an asset
- Intermediate Excel and Office skills
- Safety and quality-minded, detail-oriented, with strong follow-up and analytical skills
