Operations Shift Supervisor Role

As an Operations Shift Supervisor at Tenaris, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our steel manufacturing mill. This role requires a strong background in industrial operations, leadership, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage shift operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Direct and supervise employees to ensure productivity and quality standards are met
- Monitor and analyze productivity, downtime, delays, and quality KPIs
- Perform quality and safety inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Requirements:
- Relevant technical diploma or degree and 3-5 years experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Or +10 years experience in a manufacturing environment with mechanical design and drafting skills
