Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled People Operations Manager to oversee our human resources functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective management of our workforce and enhancing employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage budgets and financial resources related to human resources.
- Formulate and enforce policies and procedures that govern workplace operations.
- Supervise the classification and evaluation of job roles within the organization.
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the development and execution of training programs for employee growth.
- Analyze employee data to inform decision-making and improve workplace culture.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues.
- Negotiate collective agreements to ensure fair labor practices.
- Manage payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
- Coordinate and assess various projects and initiatives within the HR department.
- Direct daily operations to align with organizational goals.
