Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at Insurance Quotes Cloud Inc. as a key member of our cloud solutions team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with clients to identify and document technical requirements for cloud-based solutions.
  2. Develop and implement information systems business solutions that meet business requirements and ensure alignment with company goals.
  3. Conduct cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation and ensure strategic alignment.
  4. Design, develop, and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle to ensure quality assurance practices and software products meet company standards.
  5. Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  6. Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to ensure alignment with company goals.
  7. Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Resolve conflict situations and ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
  9. Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  11. Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management, technical project management, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and information systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Work Environment:

  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
  • 35-40 hours per week.
