- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer support.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to junior technical support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to resolve customer issues.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve technical support processes to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with company goals.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Work Setting: Telecommunications industry, Internet Service Provider (ISP).
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
