About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions to resolve customer issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including problems and solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to junior technical support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to resolve customer issues.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve technical support processes to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with company goals.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Work Setting: Telecommunications industry, Internet Service Provider (ISP).
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
