As a key member of the My Calgary Mechanic team, the Automotive Service Advisor will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their vehicles receive exceptional care. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs, providing accurate service recommendations, and coordinating with technicians to deliver timely and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Offer clear and accurate service recommendations, estimates, and timelines, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and correctly, maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle and any additional repairs needed, fostering open communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of services, repairs, and transactions, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Address customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, resolving concerns and promoting satisfaction.
  • Promote additional services and products that may benefit customers, driving revenue growth and customer loyalty.
  • Deliver outstanding service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services, including diagnostic and repair procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role.
  • Proficient in using automotive service software and systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
