Key Responsibilities

  1. Promote and sell water treatment solutions to residential clients with professionalism and clarity.
  2. Implement Culligan's established sales presentation methodology, ensuring thorough product demonstrations for all prospective clients.
  3. Proactively identify and pursue new customer leads, maintaining sales targets through effective outreach.
  4. Generate leads through referrals, print marketing, and other channels.
  5. Address the needs of existing customers promptly and effectively.
  6. Maintain communication with new clients before and after product installation.
  7. Explain product offerings in an easily understandable manner, addressing customer inquiries and performing necessary technical tasks (such as water testing).
  8. Engage with the community through participation in local organizations and events.
  9. Set personal performance objectives and explore innovative strategies to achieve them.
  10. Coordinate with the Sales Manager regarding leads and scheduled meetings.
  11. Carry out additional related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:

  1. Post-secondary education in Marketing or a related discipline is advantageous.
  2. Experience in residential sales territories is preferred.
  3. Background in the water industry or residential sales is a significant advantage.
  4. Self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal oversight.
  5. Exemplary work ethic, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Friendly and professional demeanor in customer service interactions is essential.
  7. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  8. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
