Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell water treatment solutions to residential clients in a clear and professional manner.
  • Implement Culligan's established sales presentation framework while conducting thorough product demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new customer leads, making sales calls to meet established sales targets.
  • Generate leads through referrals, print marketing, and other channels.
  • Address current customers' inquiries and needs as they arise.
  • Maintain communication with new customers before and after product installation.
  • Explain all products in an easily understandable manner, addressing customer questions and performing technical tasks such as water testing.
  • Engage with the community through participation in local organizations and events.
  • Set personal performance objectives and explore creative strategies to achieve them.
  • Keep the Sales Manager informed about leads and scheduled meetings.
  • Carry out additional related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing or a related discipline is advantageous.
  • Experience in residential sales territories is preferred.
  • Background in the water industry or residential sales is a significant advantage.
  • Self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Friendly and professional customer service demeanor is essential.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, along with access to personal transportation.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude are crucial.
