Job Title: User Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized User Support Technician to join our team at JAI IT SOLUTIONS INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
Key Tasks:
  • Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and provide timely solutions.
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions.
  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software.
  • Supervise other technical support workers in this group.
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
Personal Suitability:
  • Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and ensure user satisfaction.
  • Organized: Maintain accurate records and logs of user issues and solutions.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with other technical support analysts to resolve complex issues.

Work Terms: Permanent position with 40 hours per week.

Work Language: English.
