Job Title: Transportation Manager

At LONG WHEELS SOLUTIONS LIMITED, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our transportation department, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor departmental performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and organize daily transportation operations, including scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods
  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and industry standards
  • Oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience in transportation management or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
